Day 1 - Managua
Airport greeting and transfer to Hotel Europeo in Managua's quiet gallery district.

Day 2 - Managua
Tour of Managua with emphasis in Nicaragua's archeology and history. Lodging at Hotel Europeo.

Day 3 - Managua / Leon Viejo / Leon
Visit to León Viejo archeology site, cultural tour of León. Lodging at Hotel Austria one block from the Cathedral of León.

Day 4 - Leon / San Jacinto / Selva Negra
Private transfer into the coffee growing region of Selva Negra with a stop in the volcanic village of San Jacinto in route. Lodging at the organic coffee hacienda and private tropical cloud forest reserve of Selva Negra in private cabin.

Day 5 - Selva Negra
Full day to enjoy the private cloud forest and learn about the organic shade coffee plantation operations. Lodging in private cabin.

Day 6 - Selva Negra / Ometepe Island
Private transfer to San Jorge on Lake Nicaragua for ferry to the dual-volcano island of Ometepe. Transfer to the fresh water beach of San Jorge. Lodging in private cabin.

Day 7 - Ometepe Island
Horseback riding to visit a country farm with lots of pre-Columbian petroglyphs on the slopes of the Maderas Volcano.

Day 8 - Ometepe Island / Granada
Transfer to mainland via 4x4 and ferry and transfer to Granada for a historical tour and lodging at Hotel Colonial.

Day 9 - Granada / Los Pueblos / Masaya / Granada
Full day tour of the highland villages of Los Pueblos and Masaya with visits to artisan workshops and the Masaya artisan market. Lodging at Hotel Colonial in Granada.

Day 10 - Granada / Managua
Private transfer to Managua for flight home.
