From The Atlantic to the Pacific Costa Rica

Day 1 - San Jose
Arrival to Juan Santa Maria International Airport in San Jose. Transfer to the Hotel
Hotel Best Western Irazú or similar.

Day 2 - San Jose / Limon - Punta Uva
Breakfast. Early departure to the Caribbean, head through the mountains and the rain forest of Braulio Carrillo National Park, toward the Sarapiquí River, prepare you for an exciting rafting trip on this river, an unforgettable experience. Or if you prefer, you will ride the river on a small boat in more calm waters. At the end of the trip, land transfer to the Hotel
Hotel Maribú Caribe or similar (B,L,D)

Day 3 - Gandoca Manzanillo or Cahuita National Park
Breakfast. Visit to Gandoca Manzanillo or Cahuita National Park (your choice) where you would see the exotic beauty of fauna and flora of the Atlantic area. Free afternoon to enjoy the hotel facilities (B,L,D)

Day 4 - Cahuita / Tortuguero National Park
Breakfast and departure to Tortuguero National Park. Boat ride deep into the canals until arrive to the Hotel. Visit to Tortuguero village; visit the turtle Museum and shopping at the village.
Hotel Laguna Lodge or similar (B,L,D)

Day 5 - Tortuguero National Park
In the mourning tour through the smalls canals inside of Tortuguero National Park, where you will be able observe a wide variety of flora and fauna like monkeys, toucans and egrets. Optional activities during the afternoon: canopy, massages or turtle nesting tour (only on nesting season). (B,L,D)

Day 6 - Tortuguero National Park / Arenal Volcano
Breakfast at the Hotel. Departure to La Fortuna village, located on slopes of the Arenal Volcano. Lunch on route. Arrival at the hotel, at night and from the hotel you will be able to appreciate, if the weather allows, a incredible activity volcano, eruptions of lava streams and incandescent rock a unforgettable natural fireworks displays. Arenal Spring or similar (B,L)

Day 7 - Arenal Volcano
Breakfast. Day at leisure to explore the area. We recommend optional activities like paddle in the Peñas Blancas rive where you will enjoy the landscape and sounds of the rainforest, observe monkeys, iguanas, slots and hundreds of birds, or the tour to La Fortuna Waterfalls also the Canopy tour. Or just relax and enjoy the view and hotel facilities (B)

Day 8 - Arenal Volcano / Central Pacific Beaches
Breakfast, departure to Puntarenas in the Pacific Coast. There you take the ferry, is a two hour ride across the Gulf of Nicoya, arriving to Paquera duck a transfers is waiting to take you to the resort.

Day 9 - Central Pacific Beaches
Totally leisure day to relax and enjoy of the sun and the beach. (B)

Day 10 - Central Pacific Beaches / San Jose
Breakfast and departure back to San Jose, bus-ferry-bus

Day 11 - Departure
Breakfast. Transfer hotel - Airport, according to the schedule (B)
